LET'S DUPE IT WITH THE RELOADED ICONIC DIVISION MAKEUP REVOLUTION EYESHADOW PALETTE

No comments:

Makeup Revolution is such an interesting drug store brand, they have an incredible amount of variety to offer and for the fraction of the price in comparison to other of their competitors.

However with time and with use of their products, I have noticed that Makeup Revolution is becoming a big contender who is able to compete with the big names out there.

I am not going to lie, for how affordable these products are, the quality is unreal. For example, today I have decided to review the RELOADED ICONIC DIVISION

I want to tackle the price point first of all. Bare in mind that this palette is £4.

I know shocking, ONLY £4. Which you may purchase from the following

It comes in a plastic see through casing with the REVOLUTION, MAKEUP REVOLUTION LONDON logo in copper.

The palette contains 15 eyeshadow shades.

Each containing 1.1g of product. So do the maths, extremely affordable for such a quantity of product.

The shades range from neutrals, warm and cool tones.
You have 12 matte shades and 3 shimmer shades.

As soon as I saw this palette I was totally in love with the shades I saw, especially the brunt orange and yellow shades.

The palette shades have no names so I will refer to them by rows.

FIRST ROW

1. PINK OFF WHITE SHIMMER
Chalky and light but is buildable in order to get good pigmentation showing through. I would use this shade for the inner corner of the eye, eyebrow bone or on top if a light eyeshadow base. I found that this one did not apply well WITHOUT a brush.

2. LIGHT PEACH MATTE
Creamy pigmented matte. This would look beautiful on the eyelid. Such a pretty shade.

3. DARK OLIVE GREEN MATTE
Creamy and buildable. I can see this also as great crease shade.

4. COPPER SHIMMER
EXTREMELY PIGMENTED, that swatch was done with one swipe!!!!!! Such a beautiful and smooth shade.

5. LIGHT BROWN/GREYISH
Very pigmented and creamy.

SECOND ROW

1. DARK GREEN MATTE
Very pigmented and rich

2. DARK BURGUNDY MATTE
Very pigmented but on the powdery side.

3. ORANGE MATTE
Personally I love this shade and found it was also very pigmented.

4. YELLOW SHIMMER WITH A HINT OF SILVER GLITTER.
A glitter which is light but again you are able to build it up.

5. WARM BROWN MATTE.
Very pigmented and powdery shade.

THIRD ROW

1. BURNT ORANGE MATTE
2. BURNT YELLOW MATTE
3. WARM GREEN MATTE
4. DARK PURPLE MATTE

These top 4 shades are very pigmented and powdery. I was most excited about the Burnt yellow, probably the colour that invited me in to want it.

5. CHARCOAL BLACK MATTE

I was so impressed with how creamy this shade was and how pigmented it was in only one swipe.

I enjoyed creating this look below with this palette. That BURNT YELLOW is to die for. Look at it.

I am so excited with the variety of colours on this palette and how creamy I found them as I swatched them. There is fallout with some of the matte shades and also I found that some of three hues of green are incredibly similar.

I did notice as many of us already noticed that it could well be a Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette Dupe. A lot of the shades are truly similar.

Did I think this palette was worth it? Hell yes!!!!!!!!!!!! For £4, I would definitely purchase it.
